**NOTE: a pet brought on the property will result in an ADDITIONAL $500 FEE and renters may be asked to leave WITHOUT REFUND. There are cameras outside so we’ll see pets coming in.**

-Must be 25+ to rent
-Family groups only
-Late checkout is NOT available

-Tampering with wifi and or cameras as well as owners locked closets will result in immediate eviction with NO REFUNDS.

-No smoking of any kind or vaping indoors. Evidence found will result in a remediation fee.

-Max 5 cars parking in driveway. Park only on driveway pavement (no parking in the grass). No RV's or trailers. No street parking allowed in this community.

-Please make sure to double check for any personal belongings as we cannot guarantee their return after check out

**Hurricane season is usually from June to November.  We kindly request that you purchase trip insurance to protect your trip. In the event of inclement weather, there will be NO REFUNDS.**
